Product Warranty & Defect Support

How we review manufacturing defects, hardware-function issues and product-support requests for smart glasses purchased from Clothorae.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Product-specific coverage: Smart-glasses models differ in construction and features. Any commercial warranty period specifically stated on a product page, invoice or written order document takes priority. Where no separate commercial warranty period is stated, customers still retain any mandatory statutory rights that apply to the purchase.

1. What This Page Covers

This page explains how Clothorae handles manufacturing-defect and product-function reports for smart glasses and connected eyewear purchased directly from clothorae.shop.

2. Examples of Potential Manufacturing Defects

Depending on the model, a defect review may cover issues such as:

  • failure of an integrated speaker or microphone under normal use;
  • charging-port or charging-contact failure not caused by damage or contamination;
  • buttons or touch controls that fail under normal use;
  • camera hardware failure on models that include a camera;
  • frame, hinge or component failure attributable to a manufacturing defect;
  • an item that arrives materially different from the stated model or specification.

3. What Is Generally Not a Manufacturing Defect

Coverage does not normally include:

  • damage caused by drops, impact, crushing or improper storage;
  • scratches, cosmetic wear or ordinary aging after use;
  • liquid damage where the product was used beyond its stated resistance rating;
  • damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly or repair;
  • loss or theft;
  • damage caused by incompatible or unsafe charging equipment;
  • normal battery-capacity reduction over time;
  • third-party app, operating-system, network or AI-service changes outside our control;
  • features that the product page did not claim the model supported.

4. Battery and Software Expectations

Rechargeable batteries are consumable components and naturally lose capacity over time. Battery life also varies with temperature, connection quality, camera use, audio volume and other operating conditions.

Some smart functions may depend on a compatible smartphone, companion app, Bluetooth connection, internet service or third-party platform. We cannot guarantee that an external service will remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. How to Request a Review

Email us with your order number, product name or SKU, a description of the problem and clear supporting photos or video where appropriate. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting before approving a return.

6. Available Remedies

After reviewing the evidence and, where necessary, the returned product, an appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting assistance, repair, replacement, exchange, partial refund or full refund. The remedy depends on the nature of the problem, stock availability, the applicable product warranty and mandatory consumer law.

7. Return Instructions

Do not return a product until our support team provides instructions. Return destinations can vary according to the order and fulfillment location.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to supplement, not replace, consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in the customer's jurisdiction.

9. Contact

Warranty and defect-support requests can be sent to NoelleWagner2271@outlook.com.
