3. Products

We sell physical smart glasses, AI glasses, camera glasses, Bluetooth audio glasses, smart sunglasses and related connected-eyewear products. Product functions vary by model. Customers should review the individual product page for the specifications, compatibility information and features applicable to the product they purchase.

Photographs and screen colors are provided for product identification and illustration. Minor visual differences can occur because of lighting, display settings or production changes that do not materially alter the stated product.

4. Product Features and Third-Party Services

Some smart-glasses functions may require Bluetooth, a compatible smartphone, internet access, a companion application or a third-party service. External apps, AI services and mobile operating systems can change independently of Clothorae. We do not guarantee permanent availability of a third-party service unless expressly stated.

5. Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout. Taxes, shipping or import charges are shown separately where applicable. We may change product prices at any time before an order is placed. A price change does not alter an already accepted and paid order except where required to correct an obvious pricing error.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing errors, delivery restrictions or incomplete customer information. If we cancel a paid order, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include PayPal and other payment providers. Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider. An order is not considered paid until payment confirmation is received.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, tracking, delivery estimates, customs information and fulfillment-location details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

If a product contains a camera or recording function, you are responsible for using it lawfully. Recording laws and privacy expectations differ by location. Do not use camera-equipped eyewear to unlawfully record people, private locations, confidential information or restricted environments.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us if you believe the account has been compromised.

12. Intellectual Property

The Clothorae name, site layout, original text, graphics and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and product marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit our website content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through customer support.

Where legally permitted and no mandatory local forum applies, disputes relating to the merchant may be submitted to a competent court in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
